REVIEW: Sinister Minister by Brimstone Brewing Co. Posted by thebrewhead on July 28, 2016August 22, 2016 Out of Ridgeway, Ontario hails a little brewery called Brimstone Brewing Co., and they’re doing wonderful things.   Take Sinister Minister, a IPA that is a whooping 7.5% and big in body. Out of the bottle pours a cloudy orange-amber colour with a off-white dense head that took a while to settle.   The aroma is piney hops, and I mean a lot of piney hops.  The piney hops balances it out with citrus and peel notes.
